Abstract Background Patients’ failure to adhere TB treatment was a major challenge that leads poor outcomes. In Ethiopia, success low as compared with the global threshold. Despite various studies done in adherence, little known specifically continuation phase where is mainly patient-centered. This study aimed determine adherence and its determinants among adult patients during phase. Methods We deployed facility-based cross-sectional design supplemented qualitative data explore perspectives of focal healthcare providers. The population all (≥18 years) enrolled workers clinics. included 307 from 22 health facilities nine providers purposively selected key-informant. A short (11 questions) version Adherence Refill Medication Scale (ARMS) used for measuring adherence. Data collected using an interviewer-administered questionnaire in-depth interview data.
